‘R3’ VILLA M

Villa M is one of the largest villas of the twelve types in the R3 development. The building volume wraps around a central courtyard creating a variation of split levels. The cantilivering volume of the master bedroom on top overlooks the safari park and at the same time it provides natural shade for the pool below. Cast porous walls are installed to filter the view and the light as a redesign of the traditional ‘mashrabija’ walls in Arabic architecture.
