‘R3’ MASTER PLAN

The R3 residential cluster consists of 251 residential units, 5 public buildings and 4 gardens neighboring the zoo and safari park of Al-Ain. The master plan is the core of this large-scale project establishing relations between the units and clusters, the road and parking system, parks and irrigation, day and night time activities this newly developed section of the city offers. The villas are grouped into twelve different types based on size and spatial qualities retaining the tradition of courtyard typologies to provide shade and a passive ventillation system.
