POP-PODIUM HILVERSUM
A restricted competition for a new multi-functional music performance space in the media center of the Netherlands, Hilversum. The building is organized around a vertical, folded entrance space that is carved into the solid stone-cladded volume of the building. This freeform surface acts as a central mediator towards the city, communicating the inner atmosphere and its gradiently changing ambient colors.
